You could go on your web browser on a pc go on to Google playre download it make sure your phones on with a internet connection and it should download and install automatically them it should work without having to reflash a ROM

Reflash ROM is the solution now, and always, always have another launcher, then you could have long pressed home and your problems would be over, No.n since it default at tat time so nw i cant do nethng.d screen has jst blackd out.nthng cn b done wid ne app aur file.
